Vendor Information and Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2024 Danbury Car & Truck Festival. We are looking forward to a wonderful day with hundreds of vehicles and thousands of attendees! Your participation goes directly to helping local families facing cancer. Thank you!

Venue Set-up and Pricing:
- $100- 10 x 10 space on grass- you may request more than one space
- All materials must be unload and cars moved by 8am (no entry after 8am when the cars are coming in)
- No electricity or generators are allowed
- No food vendors allowed in this area.

To confirm your spot you must complete the application below and submit payment via credit card.

Selling Policy: This is a family event raising funds for families facing cancer. As such, we do not allow sale of anything profane, violent, gun related, smoking related, political, or the sale of recreational drugs and related products.
